Momote Limited is a Data Processor acting on behalf of Data Controllers and as such will do everything expected of it under GDPR.

MyMobileWorkers acts as a Data Processor and will only collect information on behalf of a Data Controller.

This data will be used as described in the contract with the Data Controller.

MyMobileWorkers is a Data Processor acting on behalf of a Data Controller. Data will be stored with us for as long as the Data Controller is contracted to use our service. After this time MyMobileWorkers will store the data for a period up to 7 years unless otherwise requested.
Individuals have the right to access and rectify data associated with them and can request this via email or writing to the Data Protection Officer.
